Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company has declared the result of withdrawal of ESOP shares from the resigned employees as follows:

-          Number of shares registered for buyback: 28,202 shares

-          Quantity of shares bought back: 28,202 shares

-          Trading time: from April 27, 2017 to June 06, 2017 

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 109,300 shares

-          Number of treasury shares after trading: 137,502 shares

-         Trading method: to transfer the ownership of ESOP shares from the ex-employees to the Company.
