According to the Resolution No.2237/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 21, 2017, BODs of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders approved the change of personnel as follows:

1. BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Nam Tien as Chairman of BODs as April 21, 2017.
2. BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Vu The Duc as Deputy Chairman of BODs as April 21, 2017.
3. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Vu The Duc as Chairman of BODs as April 21, 2017.
4. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Nam Tien as Deputy Chairman of BODs as April 21, 2017.
5. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Nam Tien as CEO as from May 01, 2017.
6. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Dinh Quang Ngoc as Deputy CEO as from May 01, 2017.
