COM: Personnel change

According to the Resolution No.08-17/NQ-HĐQT dated April 26, 2017, BODs of Construction Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Le Van Nghia as Chairman of BODs for the period 2017-2021.
2. BODs approved the reappointment of Mr. Le Tan Thuong as CEO as from May 01, 2017.
3. BODs approved the reappointment of Mr. Pham Cong Quyen as Chief Accountant cum Chief Financial Officer as from May 01, 2017.
4. BODs approved the assignment of Mr. Nguyen Cat Phuong Yen as Secretary of COM.
