VNH: Notice of delisting stock on HOSE

On February 20, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.149/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Viet Nhat Seafood Corporation (VNH):

-          Number of shares delisted: 8,023,071 shares

-          Value of shares delisted: VND80,230,710,000

-          The stock VNH is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.48/QD-SGDHCM dated February 20, 2017.

-          Reason: VNH suffered losses in three consecutive years (Profit after tax in 2016: -23.86 billion dongs. Profit after tax in 2015: -6.99 billion dongs. Profit after tax in 2014: -43.5 billion dongs.)

-          Effective delisting date: March 23, 2017

-          Last trading date: March 22, 2017
