-        Number of shares before additional listing: 39,890,000shares

-        Additional volume: 1,994,489shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 19,944,890,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 41,884,489 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 418,844,890,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: March 01, 2017

-        Reason of change: issuance of bonus shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
