-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 25,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 129,756,758 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 1,297,567,580,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: March 10, 2017

-        Reason of change: To issue shares through ESOP.
