VNE: Board approves to buy back bonds prior to maturity

The Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation on December 08, 2016 approved to repurchase 60 bonds which were issued via private placement prior to maturity date as follows:

-          Total number of issued bonds: 150 bonds (Of which: Number of bought bonds: 90 bonds; Number of remaining bonds: 60 bonds)

-          Issue method: private placement

-          Par value: VND1 billion/bond

-          Issue date: December 19, 2014

-          Maturity date: December 19, 2016

-          Number of bonds registered to buy back: 60 bonds

-          Trading date: December 09, 2016
