VNA: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE

On March 24, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No. 391/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Vinaship Joint Stock Company (VNA):

-          Number of shares delisted      : 20,000,000 shares

-          Value of shares delisted          : 200,000,000,000 billion dongs

-          The stock VNA is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No. 79/QD-SGDHCM dated March 24, 2017.

-          Reason: VNA’s undistributed after-tax profit until 12/31/2016 was -205.47 billion dongs, exceeding its paid-in charter capital (200 billion dongs), according to the 2016 audited financial statements.

-          Effective delisting date: April 21, 2017

-          Last trading date: April 20, 2017
