LGL: Decision on the change of listing

On March 29, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company (Stock code: LGL) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 19,999,275 shares

-        Additional volume: 14,597,409 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 145,974,090,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 34,596,684 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 345,966,840,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: March 31, 2017

-        Reason of change: These are the shares issued to the existing shareholders and to raise the share capital from the owner's equity and the shares issued through ESOP.
