VIC: Vingroup contributes capital to establish Southern VinEco

According to Board Resolution No.73/2015 dated November 30, 2015, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital to establish Southern VinEco Agriculture Investment Manufacturing Development Co., Ltd. (*)

-           New company: Southern VinEco Agriculture Investment Manufacturing Development Co., Ltd.

-          Head office: 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Hochiminh city

-          Charter capital: VND1,400,000,000,000

-          Capital contribution ratio: Vingroup contributes VND980 billion, accounting for 70% charter capital of Southern VinEco Agriculture Investment Manufacturing Development Co., Ltd.
