VIC: Decision on the change of listing On November 05, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.484/QD-SGDHCM to allow VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (securities code: VIC) to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 1,848,434,220 shares
- Additional volume: 1,483,225 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND14,832,250,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 1,849,917,445 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND18,499,174,450,000
- Effective date of the listing license: November 09, 2015
- Reason of change: to issue shares to shareholders in order to convert the international convertible bonds into shares. HOSE
