SBT: Decision on the change of listing On November 11, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.495/QD-SGDHCM to allow Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 148,500,000 shares
- Additional volume: 37,142,358 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND371,423,580,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 185,642,358 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND1,856,423,580,000
- Effective date of the listing license: November 13, 2015
- Reason of change: to issue shares to shareholders in order to convert SEC shares HOSE
