GMD: Decision on the change of listing On November 16, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.504/QD-SGDHCM to allow Gemadept Corporation to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 116,137,994 shares
- Additional volume: 3,484,000 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND34,840,000,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 119,621,994 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND1,196,219,940,000
- Effective date of the listing license: November 17, 2015
Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the ESOP HOSE
