SKG: Resolution on additional listing

Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.08/2015 dated November 17, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 479,940 new shares from the 2015 ESOP.

Article 2: To amend the Company’s Charter regarding new charter capital of VND244,795,850,000.

Article 3: To change the Company’s business license with new charter capital.

Article 4: This decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 5: The Board of Directors, the Directorate and relating departments are responsible for implementing this resolution.
