PXS: Decision on the change of listing On December 01, 2015, HOSE issued a decision to allow Petroleum Equipment Assembly And Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (Stock code: PXS) to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 50,000,000 shares
- Additional volume: 10,000,000 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND 100,000,000,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 60,000,000 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND 600,000,000,000
- Effective date of the listing license: December 03, 2015
