On November 23, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1128/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing of Viet Nam Fumigation JSC (stock code: VFG) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: November 30, 2015

-          Record date: December 02, 2015

-          Purpose: to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for the additional line of business: processing and packaging corn seeds and other seeds.

-          Time of implementation: in December 2015

-          Place of implementation: Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (29 Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe, district 1, Ho Chi Minh)
