On June 29, 2017, HOSE issued Announcement No.781/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (VAF) as follows:

1. Ex-right date: July 12, 2017         
2. Record date: July 13, 2017           
3. Purpose: to pay the second cash dividends for 2016.
4. Detailed information: To pay second cash dividends for 2016

-          Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: July 28, 2017

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.
