     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 4.5%/share (Shareholders are entitled to receive VND 450 for every share they own)

          - Exercise date: 28/07/2017
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Ha Noi South Housing and Urban Development Corporation on working days from 28/07/2017. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.              
     * Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Exercise rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd share will be cancelled.
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: Ha Noi South Housing and Urban Development Corporation on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. 
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
