On November 08, 2016, Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.123 about the cash dividend payment for 2016 as follows:

Articles 1: Board approved to pay first cash dividends for 2016:

-    Exercise ratio: 05%/share (500dongs/share)

-    Record date: November 30, 2016

-    Payment time: December 15, 2016

-    Place of payment:
