On July 04, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No. 797/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing of Urban Development and Construction Corporation (stock code: UDC) as follows:

-          Record date: July 14, 2017

-       Purpose: to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for the remuneration of Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors and for the supplement of business lines.

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 voting right)

-          Time of implementation: August 20, 2017
