VIC: VIC transfers stake at Hoa Mai

On July 04, 2017, the Board of Directors of Vingroup JSC approved to transfer its stake at Hoa Mai Trading Service Co., Ltd. Accordingly, Vingroup JSC will transfer 170,770,000,000 dongs, accounting for 74% of Hoa Mai Trading Service Co., Ltd. After the transaction, Vingroup JSC will no longer be a capital-contributing member at Hoa Mai Trading Service Co., Ltd.
