Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company announces the change of personnel as follows:

- The Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company approved the resignation of Mr. Chen Chung Kuang as Deputy CEO of Branch as from November 11, 2016.

- The Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company approved the appointment of Mr. Hsu Ching Yao as Deputy CEO of Branch as from November 11, 2016.
