KPF: Resolution on the change of personnel

On November 16, 2016, KPF Consultant International Project Joint Stock Company announces the change of personnel as follows:

 -          Board approved the resignation of Mr. Doan Minh Tuan as Chairman of BoD as from November 17, 2016. Mr. Duong Minh Duc will replace Mr. Doan Minh Tuan as the new Chairman of BoD of KPF.

-          Board approved the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hoa as a member of BoD as from November 16, 2016.
