TYA: Board resolution on the remuneration

The Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)    Approving to borrow US$1,500,000 from Indovina – Dong Nai Branch;

2)    Approving the remuneration amount of VND1,115,614,094 for seven members of the Board of Directors.
