Innovative Technology Development Corporation announced the Board Resolution as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved report on Financial Statement in 2015.

2)    The Board of Directors approved contents to submit AGM:

a)    Business plan for 2016:

b)    Revenue: VND740 Billion

Profit of parent company: VND47 billion

c)    The 2015 dividend: 30% (cash: 10%, stock: 20%) paid: 10%

d)    The 2016 ESOP: 5% or 766,170 shares.
