TTF: Notice of change of personnel

Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation announces the change of personnel as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Ms. Pham Thi Huyen Nga, Ms. Phung Thi My Le and Ms. Ngo Phuong Hanh as Member of the Board of Directors;
2. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Vu Xuan Duong, Ms. Vu Tuan Hoang and Mr. Hoang The Quang as Member of the Board of Directors.
3. The Board of Directors elected Mr. Mai Huu Tin to replace Ms. Pham Thi Huyen Nga as Deputy Chairman of Board of Directors.
