TTF: Changing in the 16th business license & extension for 2017 AGM

Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation registered to change items in its business license, which was granted the 19th business license by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong province, effective from April 26, 2017:

-          Mr. Mai Huu Tin who is currently Legal Representative of TTF.

-          Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong approved to extend the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders until June 2017.
