PTL: Allowed to delay AGM 2017

Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company applied an extension to the Department of Planning and Investment of HCMC to delay the holding of Annual General Meeting. Therefore, on April 24, 2017, the Department allowed PTL to delay the 2017 Annual General Meeting but no more than 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
