TTF: Board approves to extend the loan term of Tan Lien Phat

On December 28, 2016, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTF) approved to extend and revise the loan arisen from the Contract dated September 18, 2015 with Tan Lien Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company with conditions and terms of normal loans. The Board approved to use assets of the Company or/and the third party (if any) to ensure the Company’s borrowing.
