The Board approved to establish sub-board under the Board of Directors.
Board Decision No.1163 dated August 17, 2016:
The Board approved to establish the Internal Audit Board under the Board of Directors. This new board includes the following members:
1) Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Independent Member of the Board of Directors: Head of the Internal Audit Board
2) Mr. Ky Huu Tri, staff of Accounting Department: Member of the Internal Audit Board
