SHI: Board approves to transfer stake in a subsidiary

On August 17, 2016, the Board of Directors of Son Ha International Corporation (SHI) approved to transfer 3,260,000 shares in Son Ha General Trading Development Investment JSC (HIS). The transfer price will not lower than VND11,500/share.
