On February 16, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.128/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for holding 2016 AGM & dividend payment of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation as follows:

-          Ex-right date:  March 01, 2017

-          Record date:    March 02, 2017

1. To organize the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting time: April 01, 2017

-          Meeting venue: Notice later

2. To pay third cash dividends for 2016:

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000dongs/share)

-          Payment date: March 31, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation.
