On February 16, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.133/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for the holding of 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders & dividend payment of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE) as follows:

-          Ex-right date:  February 28, 2017

-          Record date:    March 01, 2017

1. To organize the FY 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Estimated meeting time: 8:00AM, March 30, 2017

-          Meeting venue: Etown Building, 364 Cong Hoa, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Hochiminh City.

2. To pay first cash dividends for 2016:

-          Exercise ratio: 16%/par value (1,600dongs/share)

-          Payment date: April 28, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation.
