TDH: The record date for AGM & dividend payment

On February 17, 2017, HOSE issued Announcement No.137/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (TDH) as follows:

1. Ex-right date: February 28, 2017              
2. Record date: March 01, 2017       
3. Purpose: to organize the  Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay dividends for 2016.
4. Detailed information:
   1. a.      Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting date: expected in April 2017  

-          The meeting venue will be noticed later.

1. b.      To pay cash dividends for 2016

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: May 05, 2017

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (3-5 Pasteur, Nguyen Thai Binh ward, district 1, HCMC).
