TMT: The record date for stock dividend payment for 2016

On September 21, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.998/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for stock dividend payment for 2016 of TMT Motors Corporation (stock code: TMT) as follows:

-        Ex-right date:   September 29, 2016

-        Record date:    September 30, 2016

1)    Reason and Purpose:  To pay stock dividends for 2016.

2)    Contents:

-          Estimated issue volume:  3,352,570 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 100:10 (The one who owns 100 shares will receive 10 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example, if shareholder A owns 586 shares at the record date, he will receive 58 new shares. The fractional part ( 0.6 share) will be cancelled.

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at TMT Motors Corporation.
