TS4: TS4 extends the dividend payment date

In the previous announcement, the dividend payment date (Phase 2015) of Seafood Joint Stock Company No4 will be September 30, 2016.

However, because of difficult financial situation, the Company cannot arrange for payment, so the Company would like to pay dividends (Phase 2015) on December 31, 2016.
