On May 03, 2017, BODs of Thien Long Group Corporation approved the personnel change as follows:

1. BODs approved to set up a Group of Development and Investment Policy under the BODs, including  5 members:

-          Mr. Co Gia Tho: Chairman

-          Mr. Tran Kim Thanh: member

-          Mr. Tran Le Nguyen: member

-          Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tam: member

-          Ms. Tran Phuong Nga: member

2. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tam as CEO as from May 03, 2017.
3. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nhon as Chief Accountant as from May 03, 2017.
4. BODs approved the resignation of Ms. Tran Phuong Nga as Chief Accountant as from May 03, 2017.
