On April 29, 2017, BODs of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Le Vinh Hien as Chairman of BODs for the period 2017-2021.
2. BODs approved the reappointment of Mr. Tran Hoang Huan as CEO for the period 2017-2021.
3. BODs approved the reappointment of Ms. Le My Phuong as Chief Accountant as from April 29, 2017.
