On November 09, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1135/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company (Stock code: TDW) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: November 30, 2016

-          Record date: December 01, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 19%/ par value (VND1,900/ share).

-          Payment date: December 16, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
