TDC: Resolution on the representative at VietCIC The Board of Directors of Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company (TDC) assigned Ms. Ly Thi Binh and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long as TDC’s additional representatives at VIET Consulting Investment Construction JSC (Viet.CIC) after enterprise transformation. Therefore, the list of representatives as follows:
- Mr. Doan Van Thuan represents VND16,000,000,000 (accounting for 88% charter capital)
- Ms. Ly Thi Binh represents VND1,093,100,000 (accounting for 6% charter capital)
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long represents VND1,093,100,000 (accounting for 6% charter capital)
