4)    Offering volume: 3,303,000 shares

5)    Total mobilized capital: VND37,842,500,000

6)    Beginning date of public offering: June 15, 2015

7)    Ending date of public offering: July 24, 2015

    II.                Plan for capital allocation from public offering:

1)    Progress of projects published in the Company’s prospectus: from Quarter I.2015 to Quarter I.2016

2)    Current project: In Quarter I.2016, the Company is surveying design because of changes in design. The proceeds from public offering is being deposited at Vietnam – Russia Joint Venture Bank – Hai Phong Branch.
