GAS: Resolution on Result of ESOP

PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation announced the board resolution dated January 29, 2016 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of ESOP:

-          Total offering volume: 18,950,000 shares

-          Total issued volume: 18,950,000 shares

-          Total issued value (based on par value): VND189,500,000,000.

-          Charter capital before issuance: VND18,950,000,000,000.

-          Charter capital after issuance: VND19,139,500,000,000.

Article 2: Approving the amendment to the Company’s Charter regarding the change of charter capital.

-          New charter capital: VND19,139,500,000,000.
