Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport JSC has reported the progress of capital allocation from public offering:

1. Stock for public offering:
   1. Stock of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport JSC
   2. Stock type: common stock
   3. Par value: VND10,000
   4. Offering volume: 3,303,000 shares
   5. Total mobilized capital: VND37,842,500,000
   6. Beginning date of public offering: June 15, 2015
   7. Ending date of public offering: July 24, 2015
2. Plan for capital allocation from public offering:
   1. Progress of projects published in the Company’s prospectus: from Quarter I.2015 to Quarter I.2016
   2. Current project: The project has not been implemented.

The proceeds from public offering, worth VND37,842,500,000, is being deposited at BIDV – East Hai Phong Branch.

1. Changes: The 2016 General Meeting of Shareholders approved the change in the capital allocation:

-          According to the resolution dated December 06, 2014, the proceeds will be used to invest in the construction of 12,000 m2 CFS Warehouse – Distribution Center at Tasa Minh Thanh. However, the purpose was be changed: The proceeds will be used to invest, repair and upgrade the warehouse of Tasa Minh Thanh and invest in M&A.
