On April 22, 2017, Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company announces the change of personnel as follows:

-          BODs approved the resignation of Ms. Dao Kim Phuong as Acting CEO as from April 22, 2017 according to Decision No.1704-30/QĐ-HĐQT dated April 22, 2017.

-           BODs approved the appointment of Ms. Cao Thu Hang as Head of Supervisory Board of TCO.

-          BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Le Thai Cuong as CEO as from April 22, 2017 according to Decision No.1704-31/QĐ-HĐQT dated April 22, 2017.
