PHR: Notice of change of personnel

Based on Resolution No.07/NQ.HĐQT dated April 24, 2017, BOSDs of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company approved the change of personnel as follows:

-          BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Le Phi Hung as CEO as from April 28, 2017.

-          BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Tan as Chairman of BODs as from April 28, 2017.

-          BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Le Phi Hung as Chairman of BODs as from April 28, 2017.

-          BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuoc as member of BODs cum Acting CEO as from May 01, 2017.
