Board of Directors of Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company approved the change of Branch & Representative office as follows:

1. Approving the change of representative office address:

-        Old address: Lot 10, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi.

-        New address: Floor 10^th, Vinaconex Building, 34 Lang Ha Street, Lang Ha Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi.

2. Approving the termination of Mien Tay representative office of Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company, effective from December 29, 2016.

3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Hoang Minh Phu as Director of Hung Yen Branch cum Head of representative office at Hanoi as from December 31, 2016.

4. Approving the resignation of Mr. Thai Ba Man as Head of representative office at Da Nang as from December 31, 2016.

5. Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Ba Dien as Head of representative office at Mien Tay as from December 31, 2016.
