ABT: BODs Resolution on second 2016 dividend payment & hold the 2017 AGM

Based on the Resolution No.01/NQ-ABT dated January 17, 2017, BODs of Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company approved to pay second cash dividends for 2016 & hold the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholdersas follows:

1. To pay second cash dividends for 2016:

-        Exercise ratio: 20% (2,000dongs/share)

-        Payment date: February, 2017

2. To hold the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-       Meeting time: April 22, 2017
