TAC: BoD approves to sell VPK shares

The Board of Directors of Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TAC) approved to sell all 192,000 shares or 2.4% stake in Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VPK) to Vietnam Vegetable Oil Industry Corporation (Vocarimex), via order-matching or put-through method. The estimated trading time will from April 18, 2016 to May 17, 2016.
