FLC Group Joint Stock Company has set up a subsidiary as follows:

 -          Name of the subsidiary: FLC Sam Son BOT exploiting and beach management Co., Ltd (*)

-          Address: FLC Samson Golf Links, Thanh Nien Street, Quang Cu Commune, Sam Son Town, Thanh Hoa Province.

-          Name of owner: FLC Group Joint Stock Company

-          Charter capital: VND200,000,000,000 (FLC Group Joint Stock Company contributed 100% of the charter capital).

-          Ms. Dam Ngoc Bich, Deputy CEO of FLC Group Joint Stock Company, was authorized to mange VND200 billion of FLC Group Joint Stock Company in FLC Sam Son BOT exploiting and beach management Co., Ltd.
