SZL: Board resolution

Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated May 17, 2016:

1)    The BOD approved to sign an auditing contract with DTL Auditing Co. Ltdto audit its financial statements in 2016.

2)    The BOD approved the record date for the 2015 cash dividend:

Record date:                         June 06, 2016

Dividend pay-out ratio:        16%/ par value (VND1,600/ share)

Payment date:                      June 24, 2016

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company as from June 24, 2016.
